Celebrating our Sesquicentenary 1870 – 2020
Welcome to St Mary’s Catholic Parish Community, Concord
Our Vision is to make Christ present in our parish, in our local community and in our world.
Our Mission is to know Christ and to make him known; to be a community committed to discovering Christ present in each person. We proclaim the Gospel through our ministry to each other, our service to the wider community, the joyful celebration of the Eucharist and other sacraments, and our active concern for social justice.

|IMPORTANT NOTICES (updated 31 October 2020)|
|St Mary’s Parish is following the restrictions that have been set out by the latest NSW Government Public Health (COVID-19) Order. |
From Friday 23 October, all churches are limited to 300 people if the church can accommodate that number. The physical distancing “4 square metre rule” still applies.
St Mary’s Concord can accommodate up to 190 for parish Masses under the 4 sq m rule. FUNERALS: The cap remains at 100. WEDDINGS: The cap remains at 150.
The precise number at any parish Mass will be determined by the relationships of those attending. Members of the same household can sit closer together. Therefore couples and members of the same family do not need to be 1.5 m apart.
All those entering the church must record their name and contact details (phone or email) on the forms at the church doors.
It is important that anyone who is unwell remains at home.
Based on current attendance records, you do not need to register and all who wish to attend are welcome. However, registration will be required for all Christmas masses. Details for registration for Christmas masses will be available on Friday 11 December.
The church is open for private prayer on Sunday after the 9.30 am Mass until 12 noon and on Monday to Friday from 9.00 am until 12 noon.
The church is fitted with CCTV and images are recorded for the purpose of preventing crime and public safety.

There is also a general Facebook page called “St Mary’s Parish Church Concord” – please note the different name – the word “Church” is included.
SUPPORTING THE PARISH: Many parishioners have been able to continue to support the Mission of the parish through regular donations.
